Dave Kingsland, Chief

Dave Kingsland has been First Assistant Chief of Stanford Heights Fire Department for 10 years with over 21 years of experience in emergency services. Dave is coming up on his 22nd year in September of 2021. Dave works as a yardmaster at the CSX Railroad in Selkirk. When he isn’t dedicating his time to the firehouse, he can be seen riding his motorcycle, golfing, and camping with his friends and family.

Zach Webber, Second Assistant Chief

Zach Webber has been an officer for the last 7 years with 10 years of being a firefighter and an EMT. He has overseen training our probationary members and now is responsible for the whole department’s training program. Zach is a Project Manager for an architecture and engineering firm with 10 years of experience specializing in 3D structural modeling and detailing for healthcare, government, and higher education projects. Zach enjoys driving trips with his camera and his dog, Bailey. And spends his free time woodworking and getting lost off the beaten path on his motorcycle.
